5 Things you should know before check-in
Before your arrival you will receive a text message from our Site Manager. Any help you need with the check-in process you can request from them through text. They will explain the bathrooms, cookhouse, and other amenities.
The texts will have instructions on where to find your Check-in Kit. As you will see on the map below, there is a Welcome Hut where you will find your kit which contains keys, a map, and a couple of flashlights.
All accommodations other than the Eagle’s Nest require a 5-7 minute hike uphill from the parking lot, depending on where you are staying. When you are staying at the Aurora or Galaxy tents, expect the walk to be about 10 minutes. No vehicles are accessible past the Welcome Hut.
The path is groomed and lit most of the way and you have flashlights in your check-in kit. The hike up could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. If you have any issues with bringing your luggage on this walk, our Site Manager can arrange to bring your stuff up in our side-by-side or you can use one of our wheeled carts parked at the Welcome Hut. Please return them once you are done.
Check in time for all accommodations is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
