Our Policies — Sally's Brook Wilderness Cabins

We offer a full refund minus the processing fees associated with the credit card transaction if you cancel 7 days before day of check-in. There is no fee to re-book your stay at a later date.
Without 7 days notice, we retain the first night’s fee + 50% of the rest of the booking. Pet fees and cleaning fees will not be charged.
If the guest does not show up or there is less than 24 hours notice, the full booking fee (minus cleaning fees and pet fees) will be charged.
If you cancel or change the date of your add-on package 6 days or less before check-in, we will charge a $75 rebooking administration fee, payable at the time the change is made, or give you a 50% refund.
In the event of extreme weather, please contact us directly via email info@sallysbrook.com and we will provide options depending on the circumstances.

Each accommodation does have an extra cleaning fee which you will see included in the totals as you are booking:

There is a charge of $35 + HST per pet.
With the exception of the Puffin Pod and the Sparrow Yurt, all other accommodations are pet friendly. The Cookhouse and the Hive are also a pet-free, allergy friendly spaces.
In the event of damage due to a pet, we will assess what it requires to restore our accommodation / replace an item and pursue that amount from our guests.
Maximum 2 small dogs or 1 medium/large dog.

For the safety of your pet and our other guests, pets must be on leash outside of the rental units at all times.
Guests are responsible for picking up poop! There are green bins outside of the Cookhouse where guests can dispose of poop bags.
If needed, we do have dog beds we can loan to guests!

While guests have access to the Cookhouse at any time of day, we ask that you observe quiet time after 11:00pm. This means wrapping up board games or the cooking of group meals.
Access to the Hive is arranged through our site manager or staff and quiet time in this building starts at 10:00pm. Fires in this building must be started by staff members.
Our wood fired sauna is a self serve system that is organized via a schedule on the fridge in our Cookhouse. Please be respectful and courteous to guests who come after you by using towels in the sauna and cleaning up after your session by removing dirty laundry.
